Formerly the Senior Vice President of New Product Development and Chief Marketing Officer of CIT Bank, Jennifer led the development and launch of its internet bank, which generated $2.8 billion in consumer deposits in only 12 months. In addition to surpassing her target goal by 45%, Jennifer helped generate over $11 billion in consumer deposits over the course of four years and reduced the bank’s cost of funds by 200%. Her development of CIT’s internet bank also earned her the prestigious IAM (Interactive Media) Award for Best-in-Class Banking/Financial Information, as well as awards for website rebranding and web design and development. Jennifer created XpertSavers to provide an accessible online marketing and banking channel to community banks to help them compete with larger banks in their local market.

Bill Doscas President/VP of Sales
Bill is an accomplished sales, operations and finance executive with over 30 years of experience and global expertise in delivering value in the information technology space across multiple industries and customer sectors. He always puts his customers first and works to ensure that customer commitments are met and exceeded. He also has a great deal of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives for organizations. Most recently, he was Vice President Digital Sales at International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation North America, where he transformed and led a digital sales team of over 1,000 professionals, driving revenue across IBM's software, services and hardware products. He was key in developing and implementing digital products, offerings and sales processes for IBM's customers and the sales team. Prior to that role, Bill held various VP and General Manager roles for IBM both domestically and globally in Services Sales, Business Processes Outsourcing, Global Financing and numerous other senior management positions. Bill graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business, where he received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and quantitative analysis and a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Economics. He has participated in several advisory boards focused on inside sales and services revenue.
Chris O'Connor Executive Vice President
Chris is a successful finance executive with over 25 years of experience working on corporate strategy, operational execution and business management. He has a proven track record of developing, managing and implementing major corporate initiatives. Chris was a Principal at Prudential Financial, where he developed and grew the company’s collateral debt obligation business with issuance of structured product transactions. Chris managed relationships with placement agents, oversaw transaction modeling, negotiated banker engagements and managed the transaction documentation process including warehouse agreements, offering memorandums and indentures. Most recently, Chris was a Managing Director for CIT Group, where he initially focused on the development of the company’s third-party asset management business utilizing his structured product expertise to issue collateralized loan obligations. Chris was also chosen to be a senior member of the team responsible for CIT Group’s reorganization as a Bank Holding Company. He developed and implemented CIT Group’s internet banking platform, which was the company’s first major new business initiative upon becoming a Bank Holding Company. Chris also led CIT Group’s initiative to build a retail branch banking platform including the development of branch products, policies, governance, risk management, systems infrastructure and operational processes. Chris draws upon this extensive experience to closely partner with XpertSavers’ clients, utilizing their business strategy to establish specific goals, organize internal and external resources, develop a detailed implementation plan and manage the entire process through project launch.
David J. Moore Co-Founder
David has over 40 years of experience finding new ways of making technologies work for marketers – from the early ad networks to search engine marketing, behavioral targeting and big data. David serves as Chief Executive Officer of BritePool, an emerging company focused on “identity” management in an era of regulation and data breeches. He founded and led 24/7 Media’s (now Xaxis) growth from start-up to a leader in digital marketing and ad technology. David is an ex officio member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s (IAB) Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He served as IAB’s Chairman from 2009 to 2011 and has been an active member since 2002. David is Vice-Chairman of the Advertising Educational Foundation, serves on the board of Throtle and is an Advisor to Lucidity, a blockchain start up.
Mark Moran Counsel
Mark has 30 years of experience as a corporate attorney and executive. He has a stellar nine-year track record as a general counsel of a publicly traded, global technology company. He has 14 years combined experience at a nationally recognized law firm and in solo practice advising start-up, high growth and publicly traded companies in the fields of technology, digital media, finance and education. Mark also spent seven years with The Bank of New York. He earned his MBA in Finance.
